Cancellation Policy

• Jasper Gates Resort requires a valid credit card on file and full payment at time of booking for RV sites. Partial deposit of first night for rooms and cabins is accepted with management approval.
• We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. Groups must provide 30 days cancellation notice.
• Full refund is given with proper notice.
• Failing to give proper notice will result in loss of deposit.
• No-show reservations will be cancelled so please contact Jasper Gates Resort & RV if you will be late or unable to arrive on your scheduled check-in date.
